Return and Exchange Policy
- Exchange of item is allowed within 7 days from the item that was received, as long as the item has factory defects. Customers who bought items from Little Green by Nature's website can apply for return/exchange up to (7) days from the date when the order is received, Where day one is the receiving/collection date.
- You can exchange the item as long as it is unworn/unused and still in its original packaging, with complete accessories and is in pristine condition .
- Please note that return/exchange of intimate apparel or items considered as generally hygienic in nature (ex. Attipas, Atticat,feeding materials, teethers, baby bottles, etc.) will not be accepted. For consumable items, only sealed or unused can be requested for return/exchange.
- All returns has to be processed through LITTLE BY NATURE online. For order or concerns you may email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org Please include in the email your Full name, Contact number, Item Ordered and photo of the item.
- Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item/s with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.
- Shipping fee of the Item returned will be shouldered by the customer. Shipping fee of the replaced item will shouldered by little green by nature. However, if the item that was replaced was wrong due to the wrong infomation that we received, all shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
The following conditions are not entitled to a refund or exchange
- Sudden change of mind
- Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
